Listening to Jon Miller and Milwaukeean Duane Kuiper call the game on KNBR here in my office in San Francisco--for me the Crew couldn't have their home opener versus a better team. Really descriptive of the scene at MP and very complimentary towards the Crew, too.

Had no idea Kuiper was a Milwaukee native. He is the voice behind my favorite video game of all-time. MVP Baseball 2005.

Just looking at the Giants lineup. Wow. Tough start for them with only one extra base hit in the first three games...but what's truly amazing is how old they are...usually bad teams have opportunities for young players. Aurilia at first? Molina cleanup? None of this is news, of course...and yet I'm still surprised at the extent of things.

 

Fielder drives in Weeks...that's the way to start, fellas. I feel lucky to have this team...wish I could watch up close today.

Again, I'm not sure if someone is watching and can verify this, but Gameday is showing that Sanchez has thrown 24 pitches, and ALL ARE FASTBALLS. Is this really happening?

If I had Braun's pee in my fridge I'd tell everybody.
