I was hoping Braun would put up a .700 or so OPS, so I've been very pleased so far.

 

As for the 2 DPs he hit into in the one game, he hit both those balls very hard, just right at the SS both times.

 

edit. Yes I know it's a small sample, but I don't expect it to change, he hits pretty much everything hard.

Turnbow did NOT look happy when he was talking to Castro in the bullpen. I am watching the WGN feed just to get the game in a different perspective and it looked like Turnbow was pissed that he had to warm up and get ready only to sit back down. I can imagine that's frustrating for a relief pitcher.

No doubt Hart needs to stay in the leadoff spot when Weeks comes back. I think Weeks should bat somewhere between 5-8. Probably 7 or 8. If you have Hart 1 and Weeks 8 it would be great speed at the top and bottom of the order.
