Who's That Guy?

You know the one I'm talking about. The guy rocking the stache and throwback jerseys every home game right next to the visitor's dugout. You see him on TV pretty much every time a right handed batter is up or we score a run. I love that guy. I feel like he's a guy who has a story to tell, and hopefully someone here can enlighten me as to who he is.

My question was whether that was the doorman or the person who did the video of him. MS did not make it clear, though I suppose I could have just assumed.
