Maybe the whole series will be rained out and we can reschedule for a time when Sheets and our newly acquired SP are ready http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif.

So far Gagne's performance this year has just proven all my Red Sox fan friends who gave me a hard time about his signing right. I'm OK with him "rubbing it in their faces," but I'd prefer if he didn't blow saves left and right, period.

Anyway, I don't like the idea of this being rained out since 1) if it means a double tomorrow, then that's probably two games blacked out on Extra Innings that I won't get to see instead of just the one, and 2) it would really stink if the Brewers would have to trek back up to the Northeast at some point later in the season since it would really be out of the way. I hope and assume any make-up would be on Monday.

There won't be a rainout.

Uke said yesterday they have a soft roof for Fenway now.

But he wasn't sure how many people it took to hold it up

Boston is already scheduled to play on Monday.

That would really suck for the Brewer fans that only took the weekend off to go out there, which I'm sure is most of them. Hopefully they get all 3 in sometime this weekend.

i have a friend who flew in last night to go to the game tonight and she is flying back tomorrow late afternoon. If the game gets rained out she is pretty out of luck.

Brutal...I'm in town for the game for one night...and its supposed to rain. No rain yet. Fingers crossed.

I need to take the blame for the rain. My first trip to Miller Park was the time they had the power failure. LOL.

I work tonight, so I wouldn't mind a double header on Sunday. That would be really lame for those of you who made the trip out there, so I hope they get it in tonight.

I don't like our chances in this series, but if we take 2 of 3 I would simply be overjoyed.

Let's go Soup!

As if it's not bad enough that our pitchers have to deal with the Boston lineup, we also get to face Dice-K, Wakefield (although he did get mauled last outing), and Beckett. Oy vey.

I am looking forward to seeing Braun hit a couple off the Monster. Fingers crossed!

I was just about to post that lineup.

Couple of interesting moves. Hardy in the 6 spot and Hall in the 8 spot.

Not that I disagree, just interesting.
