5/25/08 Brewers (Parra) at Nationals (Reddings) 12:35pm CT

[trwi7]

3TO with the defense. Take notes Bill Hill.

[crewcrazy]

Cerveceros, you forgot about Mike Rivera. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

3TO flashing a little leather there...nice play ranging to his left.

[MNBrew]

Thanks

[crewcrazy]

Infield hit for Prince! Gotta love that shift.

[trwi7]

I guess #14 is now reserved for our patient, left handed hitters.

Ugh. Right. I seriously devote a lot of time to this team. A lineup like this makes me wonder why. I know it's Sunday and Braun is sick, etc. etc. etc. But, come on. This team is supposed to be built to compete and I'm watching this bunch of marginal MLB players?

[crewcrazy]

A double by Parra would be sweet right now.

[PKBadger]

The Nationals' pitching coach is named Randy St. Clair? I think I saw her in an adult film once.

[cnycerveceros]

This is why you shouldn't bat the pitcher 9th http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

[hawing]

Aw, Manny, please don't follow up a near-miss inning with a big bad inning.

[BrewCrewForever]

Just when it looked like Manny Parra was turning the corner, this happens.

[wisconsinfan47]

Grrr...feels like...Sunday on the road. Mired in mediocrity...again.

[Gobias Industries]

Parra is so frustrating. What an awful pitch.

[trwi7]

7 baserunners in 4 innings and no runs to show for it. Typical Brewers.

[BrewCrewForever]

If Manny can't get us out of this and we don't score any stinking runs today 3-6 on this road trip. Sheets is going tomorrow so we would have a nice shot at 4-6, but if they don't score him any runs 3-7. Is Yost safe if that becomes the case?

[crewcrazy]

Is Rickie Weeks the new 3TO?

[Gobias Industries]

Weeks with a nightmare game.

[wibadgers23]

I think I've come to the realization that Ned Yost will never get fired, so why not call up one of the awesome prospects from Huntsville (Gamel, LaPorta, Escobar) and try to shake things up a little bit that way?

[BrewCrewForever]

Is Rickie Weeks the new 3TO?

He is close, but also the master of the week ground out to 2B. So maybe 4TO.

week ground out? Pun intended? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

OK, now I feel like my avatar looks

[crossface21]

Well at least with the line-up we have today, we have te ability to strike back for bunches of runs in the 6th! Edited May 25, 2008 by crossface21

[Fike85]

Barf. I'm officially jealous of the Nationals offense.

[bigredrobbo]

Today is the turning point game. We come back to win in the 9th and start the charge back up the division.
