6/7/08 Brewers (Bush) at Rockies (Reynolds): 7:05 PM CDT

[ewizabeff]

So close, but I'll take it!

[rluzinski]

How was that not a HR? Argggghh.

[craigharmann]

Good hit JJ...let's keep it up!

[endaround]

Hardy seems to get slower

[lcbj68c]

why can't we hit dingers, rather the top of the wall?

[TooLiveBrew]

Nice move here Ned!

[craigharmann]

Ned PHing for Bush??? Who's his 5th inning guy?

[brewtank34]

ok ok ok....Yost pullin' Bush...good move skipper

Let's go Big Joe!!!!

[rluzinski]

Wow. Bush's night is over. DeFelice?

[ewizabeff]

so now that we're pulling Bush...do we allow someone in the bullpen to pitch more than an inning? Is that allowable on the first Saturday of the month, or when the temperature is above X degrees?

[craigharmann]

Nice strategy Ned

[brewtank34]

Crap!

[lcbj68c]

Didn't Dillon fail at this last night, why again tonight? I dont get that PH decision there.

[afeter]

joe dillion: not coming up big in rbi situations. at least we clear the top of the order

[endaround]

I'm so happy Counsell is going to get the most PAs today!

[pebadger]

"Sensing a chance to score a run"?

There was a better chance to score even more runs in the first. You take him out now that he's settled down?

[craigharmann]

Dillon is the hot hand....at least according to Yost. That or he's the 5th inning PH.

[1992casey]

ewiz, there's a temperature restriction. Because it's in Celsius, I don't remember what it is.

[bjkrautk]

Funny how the people who posted before the Dillon AB agreed it was the right move....and the critical comments came after the AB.

(Edit: for the record, before I get called on it, craigharmann was somewhat critical before the AB....he snuck one in on the bottom of the page.)

[craigharmann]

DeFelice?

Probably....the roles are Villy 7th inning, Mota 8th inning, Torres 9th inning. Not sure about Shouse or Dillard. But we know the rest of the roles.

Not by the same people, though.

[davego]

...Im still mad about last night...

[Bruce Ciskie]

Since there won't be a bottom of the ninth, when does Torres pitch?

Brian is drinking more Kool-Aid.

[craigharmann]

That looked foul to me....Ned needs to really be arguing. But...he gives up.

[ewizabeff]

ugh. replay time, MLB
