Pettitte had a bad first half of the year but he's been great in the 2nd half. Last year was obviously a fluke but he still has a few sub 4 ERA years in him in the NL. He'd be the Brewers #3 SP if not #2 if we somehow signed him next year (I am in no way suggesting we sign him though, just using it as a point of reference).
