Geoff with a hit! Let's get it going big boy...

 

One bad thing about listening to the radio: You get the extraneous ballpark sounds, which usually adds character, but can sometimes get on your nerves.

Tonight it's a couple of kids constantly yelling

A few weeks ago in Philly it was a few guys going "Woooooooooo!" after just about every pitch.

I agree. That basehit clearly established Jenks as one of the premeire outfielders both on our staff and in baseball.

Not sure if this has been discussed before - how long has Koskie been doing that Ryan Howard-esque stance where he holds the bat out towards the pitcher until he gets set? I don't remember noticing this earlier in the year.
