7th game of the World Series

[mancl]

Sporting News interviewed some former Brewers and asked the following

Game 7 of the World Series- you can start any pitcher in Brewer history- who do you take?

Mike Hegan and Phil Roof both took Vuke

Similar question. 2 guys on 2 outs in the 9th- you need one hit- who do you want hitting?

Yount Cecil Cooper

Roof Yount

Hegan Yount

I'd take Molitor.

I'd take Molitor.

Me too, but I would gladly take Yount as a consolation gift.

Molitor and Yount are the obvious choices.

I'll take Jeff Cirillo.

vs a RHP: Bill Hall

vs a LHP: Geoff Jenkins

Both CC's

[DonMoney4Mgr]

a healthy Teddy Higuera

Darrell Porter

[Diskono]

Both CC's

Craig Counsell?

If we can specify specific versions of each player, I'll take my chances with a 1987 Paul Molitor and a 2004 Ben Sheets.

I must say Vuke is an odd choice. Higuera was the first name that popped into my head but realistically I suppose Sabbathia is the better choice.

[Portage Plumber]

Caldwell and Cooper

[wisconsinfan47]

Ryan Braun.

I'd also have to go Molitor on that one with Sabathia on the hill.

Chad Moeller... He still alive?
