Very very excited for today's game. The only problem is, I have a midterm at 1230 to 150, so I will miss most of the game. Thus, I will just have to depend on the game thread to get me caught up.

Wow! J.J.'s hitting 7th! Well, Ned's been doing pretty well in playing these hunches of moving the guys around. I hope J.J. gets it turned around at bat and starts really hitting the ball well.

He's 1 for 2, I think. Moving Fielder down worked like magic, but moving Weeks to #1 has produced negative results (so far, at least).

Still no Clark? Hmm...Yost must be just giving him a couple days to try to get him back into things -- I'm almost positive that he wouldn't be giving up on Clark this early.

Isn't it great having the luxury of guys like Hall and Gross that you can bring off the bench and it's not just a dead spot in your lineup like you would see with many replacements?

No surprise to see Weeks on the bench today, but I'm shocked that Hall isn't the one replacing him. But I'll trust that one to Ned.

Sheets vs. Sosa....it's a game we should win. Which is exactly why I'm very worried about it. It's great that we won this series, but dropping the finale would put us back at .500, and we need to start working our way back up north of .500, especially with the rest of the division continuing to win.

I like seeing Cirillo get the start. He needs to get some playing time and ABs to keep himself fresh to be the righty PH off the bench. The lineup today looks solid, and I think this should be a good game....hopefully Brewer victory!

i like the lineup. saw this is the Mjs. With yesterdays win, this marks the first winnning series vs Atlanta in Milwaukee since the Brewers moved too the nl.

It was mentioned on one of this morning's articles: Ned's giving him time off to work in the cage.

It sounds a lot like what Ned did with J.J. last year.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

No Don Sutton on the TBS Braves broadcasting team? Did he move over to radio or what?
I haven't noticed how they're doing things this year, but the Braves generally flip-flop their radio and TV guys mid-game.
