Winter Meetings 2010 - Saturday, March 27 in Milwaukee

It's time again for Brewerfan.net's annual Winter Meetings. Come out to see and meet fellow Brewer Baseball Addicts, have some food, drink, and fine conversation.

This year we will be revisiting a great baseball themed bar.

We'll be meeting at:

Fourth Base

5117 West National Ave. in Milwaukee

 

Meeting will be on 27 March at 7:30 pm. We have the back room reserved.

I wish I could, Casey, but if I were to bring Clubber I'd have to also bring Lilly and The Georgeopottamus. Lilly's no problem... she's 9 pounds of loveability. George is... well, he's George, and he's everywhere. He's also known as "Gigantor" and "Uproarious George." Quite possibly the world's largest St. Bernard, and completely, entirely, criminally insane.

The little girl in the poor-quality cell phone picture is my wife, and she's relatively tall (5'-8") for a woman. Believe me, there's never a dull moment around here.

We had a modest but high quality turnout. The back room at Fourth Base was perfect for our group, despite the large Pujols jersey mounted on the wall. At least 33% of the group had smartphones.

Had a great time on Saturday night. Thanks to everyone for coming out. Kudos to Jamie for picking out a great venue. Unlike some other years, we had a private room that made it easy to talk with people.
