Adam McCalvy:

Left fielder Ryan Braun is out of the lineup again with tightness in his back. Brewers athletic trainers are trying to eliminate the problem before the start of the season. Catcher Gregg Zaun has a very minor quadriceps issue so George Kottaras is handling catching duties today against the Giants. Slumping right fielder Corey Hart is also out of the lineup and will spend the day in the batting cage.

ON THE MOUND: Also scheduled to pitch today (subject to change) is RHP LaTroy Hawkins, RHP Todd Coffey and RHP Trevor Hoffman.

MINOR DETAILS: In uniform from minor-league camp is INF Eric Farris (#90), OF Erik Miller (#96), INF Ray Olmedo (#93), C Sean McCraw (#91), OF Chad Stang (#97), LHP Zach Braddock (#70) and RHP Dave Johnson (#98).

I'm rather furious right now. The Crew better be Giant hunting come July, and they better be doing it early on.
Are referring to Prince getting drilled again? If so, I couldn't agree more. The team should be protecting their players.

Bush had a chance to hit Sanchez but threw him strikes. I'd be furious if I was Prince.

Was it intentional? I mean Sanchez doesn't exactly have superior command.

You don't have an Adam Wainwright. Easily the best gentlemen in all of sports. You don't have the amount of real good old American men like the Cardinals do. Holliday, Wainwright, Skip, Berkman those 4 guys are incredible people

According to TH's twitter account and the writers for the Giants it was a 2-2 curve ball that hit Prince. There is no way it was intentional or even worth worrying about.

I'd say that we should use Suppan to throw bean balls, but he would probably miss for a strike.

Just making your post more accurate on what happens when Suppan throws a strike.

I believe he struck out 11 batters. I doubt it was intentional, but both benches were warned right after the pitch. I still say its Brewers -1 right now, and they should even that up at home in July.

It was a breaking ball with two strikes and not intentional. The warning was not necessary and neither is any retaliation. The Brewers have already moved on and forgotten about it.
