With Yo going tomorrow, it'd be pretty big to get another W tonight. Hopefully we see more good AB's like we saw last night during the 9th.

I love me some Rickie Weeks! I think he could have gotten back to first if he was running the entire time.

Edit: An inside the park hr for my 1000th post. Very nice.

Woof is tossing a nice game. If only he threw like this in the beginning of the year...

What is up with the picture? This looks like a WMLW game. FSN's production values have been horrible this season.
They had major technical issues during the pregame...I'm guessing something's wrong with the HD feed, because we could only listen to most of Brewers Live.

Sort of a bummer of an inning for Woof. He deserved 7 shutout innings, but Edmonds just couldn't get to that ball in no man's land on time with the bum achilles.

In the 'strange but true' category, at the family gathering we attended today I described to my 10 year old nephew the circumstances surrounding Prince's two inside-the-park home runs. So of course there's another tonight. Nephew is going to be irked that he went swimming and missed it live.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

If Macha's going to start giving Hoffman save chances again, I'm not opposed to opportunities like tonight. Three run lead against one of the league's weakest offenses? Sure, why not. It's about as much of a low-leverage save situation as you can get.

I love it. He's been pitching pretty well lately, so I say let him get his four saves. Plus, it helps save Axford's arm. Hopefully, Macha and company talked to Axford about it; I assume they did. I also assume Axford is fine with it - he seems to really respect Hoffman. He'll get plenty of opportunities next season, and likely the rest of this season.

He sure makes it easy to forget about Chomez.

Cool more namecalling on Carlos. Awesome.

I like Cain alot but its 9 at bats. Lets calm down a little bit, Carlos had 4 hits in his first 9 at bats.

Congrats to Trevor on 597. Lets get the guy to 600. Nice win, boys.

For what it's worth (absolutely nothing), whenever Wolf pitches, my friend and I reference the following scene from Pulp Fiction where Samuel L. Jackson says "You sending in the Wolf?"
