I won't be surprised if the Brewers get no hit in the nitecap.

Just waiting for Rock and BA to sit and praise the opposing pitcher as the reason why the Brewers' bats aren't working.

Manny Parra has a UCL sprain (a UCL tear is Tommy John surgery) and a strained flexor tendon. Shut down for now.

Is anyone else laughing at BA and Rock being in shock as to why the Brewers are suddenly making errors?

 

Did they really think that because we didn't make a bunch of errors in the first 15 games that it meant we were a good defensive team?

 

Do they even know what the term small sample means?

You expected the defense would suck and the Braves would dump a couple balls in for hits? I hope no one expected Greinke to strike out every batter but you really seem to be pressing your prediction a bit hard.

The only ball that was really hard was a flyout to the warning track. The two runs that were scored were on a slow groundball up the shortstop hole and a bloop single to right center. His control looks a little bit off, but coming back from injury you have to give him a little bit of a break. If our defense was better, his pitch count would be much lower right now.
