The Producer's Cut of last night's show - just so awesome - about 15 deleted scenes - some of which are crucial and hilarious - not sure how the editors could leave some of them out, but then this show could easily be 40 minutes every episode - just chock full of goodness. This is my favorite show of alltime - just edging out my love of Mork and Mindy when I was 8.

Outstanding!

"I have a great idea. Rainbow stickers all over the back windshield."

How can they leave out the Creed/Oscar exchange. Creed is awsome! "We had a funeral for a bird."

So much good stuff. They need to make The Office a one hour show!

That was an awesome link. I like the Andy character because it shows truly how brilliant the writers are. He's Michael but without the mushy middle. Don't get me wrong though, I hate Andy..lol. "Gaycation"=priceless

Great episode.

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

The Staples stuff was boring, they could've done so much more with that. As has been typical with this season, there were way too many sentimental, quiet, unfunny scenes. And it seems like every episode these days has an office party in it, to me it comes across as uncreative.

Still, there was some great stuff that we were quoting at the water cooler the next day, so I guess they must be doing something right. I liked Jim re-instating his feelings for Pam at the end. Gotta root for Jim.

"I was flicking through the channels on the TV, on a Sunday in Milwaukee in the rain,
Trying to piece together conversations ... Trying to find out where to lay the blame"

I agree they could have done more with the Staples stuff, but it is only a half-hour show. I don't think that there have been more sentimental scenes this season. The sappy scenes are usually broken up with something funny. for example, Pam crying in the hall last week and Dwight asking her if she's PMSing.

I liked Jim re-instating his feelings for Pam at the end. Gotta root for Jim.

These are the storylines I can personally do without. Then again, It doesn't take up more that a minute of the show usually, so I can tolerate it.

Another great episode for the best show on TV (although HBO shows like Extras, Entourage, and Sopranos come very close). I liked all the Dwight at Staples stuff, and when Michael came back to get Dwight.

yeah ed helms on the daily show...funny. Ed Helms as Andy freaking annoying. It was funny at first, now its annoying. I was hoping that the episode 2 weeks ago was the beginning of the end, guess not.

Tris week should be funny anyway though with Todd Packer helping plan Phylys's shower.

bittorrent is your friend.

Indeed. For the past two years I've felt left out of this thread, because I had never seen an episode. I downloaded the first season and enjoyed it very much. I figured you had to have worked in an office to get this show. I have never worked in an office before and my current job (on an oil rig) couldn't be further from an office. I'm working on downloading season 2. I fear it will get less funny as indicated by some on hear when season 3 rolls around. We'll see.

I was sure the whole spiel last week was to make him unlikable in order to kick him off the show. Now they add him on full time? I'm not sure how that will work.

he'll almost have to be really put in his place by Michael and take a step down to being just another face in the crowd. Probably just to throw a fit everytime a prank is pulled on him

I disagree. I think Andy is hilarious. My favorite line so far from this season:

"Just listen, I forgot to tell you the plan for this Saturday. You, me. Bar, beers, buzzed. Wings, shots, drunk. Waitresses, hot. Football, Cornell-Hostra, slaughter. Then, quick nap at my place, and we hit the tizz-owwn!"

i was surprised at the jump the writers had his character take, from the mildly annoying guy at the first branch to completely over the top. it's like the show thinks we won't figure out he's repulsive in the first 30 seconds and they feel they need to do another 5 minutes of stuff. so many of the jokes are clever and flow so smoothly into the story, but nothing Andy does really fits that, so i just wish the character would disappear.

I'm a jackhammer! i'm using that one in my next job interview.

I don't know...I think Andy has been beyond annoying since day 1 when Jim put his calculator in Jell-o (which was an awesome prank by the way) and he flipped out.

The one thing that really bugs me about Andy is that his character caused Dwight from being the hated person on the show to Andy being the hated person. Dwight is borderline likable now. I am still curious if Angela is going to get any payback for Andy getting Dwight to quit and move to Staples.

That was the most uncomfortable episode in a while. Was the stripper supposed to be dressed like Pam? Still, too much Pam & Jim stuff.

Andy must still be in anger management.
