I don't know what to do with Weeks as I have always been in the camp about letting him play through it as his talent will win out. I am at a loss now for what is even wrong with him to fix.

What's sad is that if Rickie wasn't the highest paid player on the team we wouldn't even be having this discussion

Honestly didn't know he was the highest paid player on the team

I was referring to him starting when he obviously sucks at everything

re: Rickie Weeks. I'm not ready to say his career is over, but there's no reason he should be starting regularly at this point. He just looks completely lost at the plate, and it's not like his glove work makes up for his deficiencies. It's time to give someone else a chance.

Thanks a lot Braun. Swung at Ball 4 which would have made it 4-3 with the bases still loaded and 1 out and he ends the inning on.the next pitch with a double play.

Well, I hope they come back and win it but with that last DP, my day will be better spent outside. Later guys...

lol what did i tell you? i knew he would bring in gonzalez. ron forfeit roenicke.

:angry :angry :angry :angry

Everyone knew it, still doesn't make it any more watchable.

It is becoming quite un-enjoyable to watch this nonsense day after day, night after night...

I have to ask again, is RRR completely untouchable as far as job security?

I think he is.

i wouldn't get mad when the brewers lost during the ben sheets years. they just sucked and i knew it. this year is beyond frustrating because there is talent on this team. we are wasting the prime years of braun's career. brewers get great players once every 20 years. we had a golden opportunity back when we had fielder. im already counting the days until football season. this is going to be a bad, frustrating, and boring year. 77-85 here we come.

Yup, agreed. Back then it was pretty much expected to lose more than we win, but with a little taste of success in the past few years, I have come to expect a lot more.

It is depressing really...

Why Bianchi wasn't at 2B today to start is beyond me. If RR is smart he will sit Weeks or go to a full platoon. Have weeks only play Vs a LHP. That should lower his playing time dramatically.

i watch because im insane and well jean segura and aoki are fun to watch. i think that roenicke is fine as an assistant coach. he's too nice. i'm not asking for a bobby valentine type of manager. i want a manager that is calm and cool but knows when to yell at people. these brewers are just like RRR. lifeless

I'm just going to say it.

Ron Roenicke is a horrible, horrible manager. He has no clue. 5 guys hitting well over .300 and we continue to give outs away on the bases every day with his foolish baserunning philosophies.

2011 is going to put us in a hole. We will not win under this manager again, but the fact that he was given 2 aces in 2011 and won the division with it has bought him a ton of job security. It's unfortunate.
