Thank goodness I didn't stay up to watch that debacle; just win today and it doesn't matter. Even better would be to put up a ton of early runs and perhaps pull Grienke early enough to allow him to start on Sunday. Just conjecture but I would guess 60 or less pitches would allow ZG to go on Sunday

I actually liked DS a lot, and I think his enthusiasm is a good thing. We'd all be searching for the audio and video of Sutton saying "Are you watching Milwaukee" if we were Dbacks fans. It was a great moment for AZ.

I couldn't stand him when he was here (and, no, in fact there's no chance I'd be looking for audio if I were a d-back fan), and I can't stand him now.

 

As Fondy said, every single play is a huge deal. Makes it a lot less exciting when the play is actually huge.
