Nice 1st from Willy. Let's get some runs!
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

I don't get that play. Wouldn't that be obstruction on the catcher even though the bat hit the catcher on the follow through?

Okay, my buddy down in Miami tells me Turner looks good for 4IP and then he just loses it in the 5th and 6th innings. So it's time to put some runs on the board.

It's Wolf vs. Nelson tomorrow, we can sweep this series!

by the time the season ends and the Brewers have lifted the trophy, I think Willy P will have the best stats on the team. He's always had the stuff to be great. It was a matter of accuracy and consistency. It looks like he's got everything under control now. He'll be the official ace soon.

Who was stupid there -- Gomez, trying to be aggressive, or Braun, trotting in to score like he had nowhere to be?

Look at the replay.Braun was running.

Both probably should have played that one differently, but then again being on 3rd isn't much better than being on 2nd with 2 outs, so Gomez has got to be smarter in a 1 run game.

Still, it'd be nice to see Braun play with a bit more urgency.

You may run like Mays...

Weeks is back to terrible. Dump him.

This team has gone from finding ways to win to finding ways to lose. This one should've been had.

Playing Weeks too much has screwed up Scooter's rhythm. RRR is such an idiot. Sometimes this idiot makes me wish Macha was back.

This is just not true at all. Scooter is a horrible hitter against LHP and he has been sliding like this since the end of last month.

Great game by Peralta, terrible game by the offense.

They have over 10 hits, what more do you expect?
