Before anderson got hurt he was a prime candidate for woodruff to take his spot so he could go work on things in the minors. I hate not knowing if he just naturally regressed or if he juat hasnt gotten right since the injury since we only got to see him pitch 3 innings or so this year pre injury.

Watching on MLB.com game cast while trying to get some work done. It specifies the type of pitch thrown each pitch. How accurate is that? For instance it is differentiating between 2 seam and 4 seam fastballs. Is it basically if the break falls between a certain angle and degrees it registers as a specific pitch?

Guerra is just not pitching well. He is battling but it might be time for the club to seriously question his health. His velocity is down and he really struggles locating.

 

Also, Broxton needs a day off.

As rough as it is trying to fill one rotation spot, guess we'll have to choose two between Espino, Jungmann, Blazek. Don't see how you can put Guerra out there without figuring out his issues first.

False. Matt Garza has been perfectly serviceable. Davies/Guerra both have been terrible though.
