My hope is the Brewers find a way to trade for a good starter tomorrow - and then get Peralta out of the rotation. He has been inconsistent at best over the past month, and he appears to need a breather.

seriously? That's foolish - 80 pitches through 3 IP, fortunate to squeeze out of the 3rd without a blowup inning. Bottom of the Dodger lineup next 1/2 inning, and it looks like CC will run Peralta out there again since he's hitting.

 

Pen better be active to start next inning in case the Dodgers get runners on to get to the top of their order.

Yeah, you're right, and it could be worse. He isn't getting shelled. He is typically giving up few runs, but just not getting deep into games. Showing electric stuff, but the efficiency just hasn't been there. Just like the majority of young pitchers.
