I have it narrowed down to 6 ideas that I like...

Others that are available that I am not going to use:

EUCKER

S1XT0 - Great idea provided in this thread though!

CRUW - too redundant

I decided to take the plunge on Ball and Glove plates myself. After tossing around ideas in my head I'm not going with a baseball referrence, though it could be since it's a modified take on the number 42, which I could claim has a Jackie Robinson connection, but that's not really the inspiration for it.

I'll share some of the ones I thought of but didn't go with. Last time I checked these they were all available but that was a while ago. I'm not sharing my 2nd choice in case something goes wrong with my 1st choice.

CUHADR

BNTDBL

GR8GME

CYEL22

It appears SCRUBS is still available if anyone wants to incorporate an endearing alternate moniker for the Northsiders.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

STLSUX is available, and I had it down as my 1st pick, however, I showed it to 3 different people, and all 3 of them read it as STILL SUCKS!

I don't know if I want people to read my Milwaukee Brewers plates as saying the Brewers still suck...

When I see it, I immediately think St. Louis, but that might not be the case with the general public. I want to celebrate my fandom, not look like a negative jerk.

I am also not so sure they will accept it either. We shall see, I bumped it down to #2 when I sent in my form.

Still no word...

I mailed my application & payment on June 3, just got my vehicle registration form in the mail on Friday showing my #1 choice as my new plate number. So figure about 3 weeks from when you mailed yours in to get your new form. Still waiting for the actual plates, I think it said 4 to 6 weeks so I may have another 3 weeks to wait for those.

My #2 choice was BL00PR I kind of liked that one.

Can I ask what your #1 choice was? If you'd rather not share, that is fine too.

I went with XXXXXX which is just a play on the word/number 42. My favorite number. I can also claim a Jackie Robinson baseball connection if I wanted to. Or Scott Karl :laughing

Edit: Not really keen on having my plate number out there for the entire lifespan of the internet.

My confirmation came yesterday...

And the winner is:

TRATTS

This was my order I sent in:

TRATTS

STLSUX

WLKOFF

TRATS was already taken, so I added the second T and was good to go.

STLSUX just didn't sit well with me knowing the "unbaseball" fan might not get it.

I considered YRDWRK for a while as well.

Had a hard time passing up on S1XTO...

Since I live in Appleton, and go to roughly 20 Timber rattlers games per summer, maybe more, TRATTS seemed a natural fit, especially since they are a Brewers farm team. Had they still been a part of Seattle, I wouldn't have even considered it.

Amount of time it takes is dependent on when you apply vs. when they are doing a plate run. Mine took less than four weeks if I recall before I got them in the mail.

We are a three vehicle household. I tried to convince my wife and daughter that we should all get personalized Brewers plates. I wanted the three plates to read some variation of:

GETUP

GTOTHR

GOOONE

Needless to say, it didn’t happen.

I saw one tonight in Brookfield that said FAN4VR.

Is this someone who was a fan of Jonathan Villar?

The duration of Villar's goodness and career with the Brewers was so short that this driver had remarkably unlucky timing.

I recently got a new Rav 4 and considered Brewer/vanity plates. I ultimately decided against doing so, but if I had it would have been H1T 1T. Who can figure out why?

Blues Brothers reference? "There's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sun glasses." "Hit it"
