Looks like the rain in the Midwest might be going a little further north than expected, so the chances of the Cubs and Cardinals getting their game in look brighter than they did yesterday, especially if they’re willing to play through some showers.
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I was checking out the elimination numbers for some of the teams behind us. For the dbacks its 3 and mets and Phillies are both 4. Cubs are 5.

I just heard them say Darvish is now worth every nickel of his contract. I physically cannot stop laughing.

And now gives up a leadoff triple to start the ninth in a one run game.

I wanted the Cubs to win as well but if they were going to lose this was a really fun way for them to do so.
