I actually thought Melvin had a quick trigger finger when I came to the site yesterday and saw the full chat and all of the visitor names.

Man alive, steadily around 200 visitors all day today, and a virtually full chatroom all evening.

 

Melvin just needs to do anything to make this place go haywire.

 

Even something like taking a Rule 5 guy could make this place crazy.

Even with RR this site has been loading slow for me. Sucks for me I guess. Good for the site! I was wondering if anyone else is having slow load times?

yup, just in the last two days. Very slow to load at times and then lightning quick as normal at other times.

I've experienced the same thing. I noticed it around the same time I noticed animated Google ads at the bottom of the page - which would presumably load more slowly on our dialup connection.

 

Today at the library it was especially slow, but so was Gameday.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

I haven't been able to log on from my place since yesterday morning, but now that I'm at the library it's running fine. Was it simply because of traffic, or am I somehow being blocked?

Actually, June (Amateur Draft) and July (Trade Deadline) numbers are consistently higher each year.
