The bullpen is responsible for a few of those holes in the dike.

Especially when the bullpen is called on early more often than not.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

If the season started today and everyone was 0-0.    I don’t know who id bet on to win the division

We may or may not make the playoffs due to our competition in this awful division but any team that would face us in the playoffs would be quite thrilled to see this team in the opposing dugout.

I know others will disagree and that’s fine but just getting into the playoffs isn’t enough anymore. I for one want to win a championship and anything less will be a bitter disappointment.

Didn’t we hear this yesterday

Don't look back ... liable to turn into a pillar of salt!

Message to offense now:  Begin the assault!

Well.   You have to get to the play offs first

Unlikely any team that faces the Brewers are not going to be thrilled about seeing Burnes and Woodruff along with the Brewers bullpen with Williams and Hader. That is not something a team is going to want to see.  You are fooling yourself if you think that is something another team will want to see.

Give me a level salary cap for all teams, AND I might agree!

Yeah, we got a break there!  Good eyes, ump!  Is that the same ump who said Yelich swung yesterday in the 9th inning when he didn't?

Final decision was made by home office back East.

Wondering who made the initial call that they let stand because they could not see well enough on the video.

One thing the Brewers have managed to do this week is reduce the gap between their scoring average against bad teams and the average against good teams.

Suter needs to be replaced.

Just not good enough.

Scoreless inning today ... I will take it!

Let's get this offense to shake it!

Who's complaining?  ?

I am just wondering if it's the same ump who gave Yelich the dump in the 9th yesterday?

It wouldn’t be the same ump. They rotate around the bases (I think clockwise) so the third base ump yesterday would be at second today and that call would be made by the first base ump.

I remember when we used to relish getting into the bullpens of teams like the Cubs and Pirates. But they have done a better job than the Brewers pen this week.
