Victor hitting .149 over his last 30 games.

I find it almost impossible anyone can have a worse hitting combo. I know the numbers say there is worse but how?

For more fun atmosphere at the ballpark, I nominate @trwi7 for some comedy on the PA system during rain delays!  ?

During rain delays?  Sweet, I don't have to work on any material.  How much does this gig pay?  Probably free right?  Mark is cheap.

Good idea to not renew.  Thais way you aren't out much and can still get tickets next season if you want.

The only reason we would renew is because we like our seats in the first row of the terrace level. More leg room.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I think that was reason #2 on the top 10 reasons "we didn't get into the lifeboats" from travelers on the Titanic.

Schwarber just hit his second HR of the night to put the Phils up 3-0 as the Astros have replaced many of their starters.

A little over 18k according to radio guys.

That’s how many tickets were sold. I’m sure the number of people actually attending is significantly lower than that.

Given everything we know in the central outside of the Pirates I think the Brewers are in the worst shape. It doesn't have to be this way of course. They have assets that they could turn into some injections of youth and energy. Will be an interesting offseason. My money is on a 65 million payroll and complete teardown.

Nothing would be better for the organization than this.  There are ways we could fetch plenty of high end major league ready talent and have a similar record next year, followed by a very good team in 2024.

Those were huge runs. I’m in a really tight battle for my fantasy championship, so Woodruff avoiding an L helps me.

Why would you think that given how Stearns said that ownership and the fans will never have the appetite for a full rebuild and when we're still coming off a 95 win season last year (and 3 postseason campaigns before that)? It's a disappointing finish to the season for sure, but a full-fledged rebuild is the least likely of scenarios.

We tie the game but it won't matter if we walk it of if Philly wins...

Maybe they saw the Phillies go up by 3 and realized there's no pressure now, so here we go...

If the Brewers can drag this out long enough like they did yesterday the Phillies can clinch their playoff spot by winning instead of by default.

Do you think fans would howl if a rebuild?

I don't know who he is speaking of but most fans I talk to are all for a teardown and young exciting players who appear to understand and want to get better at basic things like baserunning and bunting. You can finish out of the playoffs for a lot cheaper than they did this year. There is no reason not to see a lineup with Mitchell Frelick Wiemer Turang  Feliciano all in it. Keep Adames as long as it makes sense. Rowdy as long as he's cheap. What's not to like??

This is a team that is more than capable of returning to the playoffs (and even winning the division) next year. Two of top 10 pitchers in the game (and another top 25 pitcher). One of the best relievers in the game. Some really exciting and promising prospects on the literal doorsteps of the majors. They can get younger and more exciting and compete for the playoffs at the same time. It's the best of both worlds for Attanasio and the fans.
