I thought the pitch clock starts when the pitcher is on the rubber.  I think we got screwed.  Again.

It starts when the pitcher gets the ball back. Should have been delayed because the foul ball was still on the field though.

What possible reason does MLB.TV have to blackout this game?

You are in the Milwaukee or Colorado viewing area?

The truly terrible Rockies are teeing off on Peralta.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I wanted to congratulate Christian Yelich on his 1500 grounder to the right side during his last ab. Maybe give Turang a shot to inject some life into this offense although I know it will never happen.

Yelich is a depressing joke…but Turang should be blessed to even be on the MLB roster. Not sure what he is going to inject other than more disappointment.

Elite defense maybe?

And more Disappointment? He’s a month into his major league career!

In terms of combined stats, Yelich is tied for fourth best in hitting with Brosseau and Mitchell. No, he's not earning what he's paid, but he's far from a joke.

That speaks more volume about how bad our offense is past a few guys.

His OPS is nowhere near .700, his OBP is barely getting over .300, and his average is like .225. Add in a guy who isn’t very good defensively anymore…he hasn’t even been a starting quality player this year despite getting paid to be elite.

Somebody tell Dillard that was a hanging slider right down the middle that could have just as easily given them the lead……I really don’t like him as a color guy.

Yelich has been very good defensively this year.

Elite defense, okay…he can bat anywhere in the order to provide that.

I don’t care where he is in his MLB career. He has been pretty freakin’ bad on offense, especially lately. Not sure he is a shining example of someone to try and get a spark from. I wasn’t trying to predict his future.
