That series was a dogfight. The Reds kept falling behind by multiple runs and kept clawing back to win one and fall just short in the other two. They certainly didn’t look overmatched against the clear top team in the NL.

Big 2 weeks ( with no off days) coming up for the Brewers before the All Star break.

They've been okay on the road, and I generally agree with this, but I think GAB is worse than Coors in the "no lead is safe" category. The Reds sure seem relentless is every game I've watched of theirs, but I've only watched GAB games so far.

Burnes was very "Peralta-like" today. He was solid through five. Solid, not dominating or carving them up or on top of his game like the Leverings & Rottinos of the world seemed to think, but effective. Then his whole world comes crashing down in the sixth & it's hard to figure out why.

Didn't have anything to show for a couple of hard-hit balls, but I thought Caratini had a very good game. Appropriate he was able to squeeze the last out. It's shaping up to be an effective catching tandem.

I confess I'd given up and had decided to watch LSU with son-in-law. After UF hit their 37th home run of the day vs LSU, I was very pleased to check back to see that we pulled this one out!

Looks like the pitch has lost some of its raw effectiveness and Corbin has also been less precise with his command.

Just curious, where can you find the stuff+ and location+ numbers for pitchers?

I frequent the baseball savant website often but don't recall those numbers ever being on that site.
