The Packers for the most part dominated the first half but are only four points up.

When you have more penalty yards than passing yards that’ll happen

That is NOT a holding.

This officiating crew must lead the league in penalties called.

When you play D level football all year you get the D level refs.

This team is hell bent on losing this game.

Going to be a team of Eunuchs with all the stepping on that own dicks.

agreed...terrible flag on Myers there

Did Rhyan do anything to come back off the field after he subbed in for Runyan because Runyan couldn't line up onsides?  Missed part of the 2nd quarter - I thought Rhyan started out pretty good there.

It's insane how many bad things happen...can't event get a thought out without something else falling apart.

Carl Brooks is having himself a game, btw

He is someone that I wanted the Bears to draft though I did have him mocked a few times to the Packers.  He still needs to beef up a bit but that usually comes around year two.

Van Ness doesn't impress me at all. Half a season and 6 tackles and 1 sack. First rounders should so a little more.

Van Ness was always going to be a project as he needs to be a lot stronger to be an every down edge in the NFL.  The Packers should see him improve in year two like Brooks.  He should be a bit bigger next year after going through an NFL conditioning program.

Just need to give him half or more of his rookie contract before we see any return on investment like most of our 1st rounders.

These two teams are laughably bad. You have to be a diehard football fan to watch this game if you have no rooting interest in it.

I think the winner should actually get the higher draft pick.

Keep teams from tanking.

Take the bottom four teams and the one with the fourth best record  gets the highest pick.

Wouldn't the team with the fourth best record be the team with the worst record?

I truly hope the lose this game.

It's almost painful to watch us win, because I know all that's really happening is Joe Barry has just bought himself a little more time against a JV version of a bad offense.

I can't *root* for the Pack to lose, but I am rooting for as high a draft pick as possible. I want to see the young players (somehow) grow as players and get better, and somehow, still get a top 5-7 draft pick.

I don't know how anyone can evaluate what's been going on with this team the last few years and come away with anything close to something like "Yup, Joe's doing a fine job", win or lose.

I just don't.

That’s really threading the needle but…I’m right there with you.

Haha, I know. Some of those things are in semi-conflict with each other, but that's how I feel about it. I can't watch an individual game and openly root against the team to win. I Know academically that losing is better for them for a variety of reasons, but I can't. If they were to lose, I'd be disappointed in the moment, but know that it's ultimately a net plus for the team.
