Now that they’ve broken that silly record I hope they can give Contreras a day off. He’s looked kind of lethargic the last couple of weeks.

Rotino must have been looking at a different game than I was on Sunday when he says Peralta has pitched “beautifully” his last few times out.

I give him credit for battling through 5 innings but against the worst hitting team in MLB 3 runs in 5 innings doesn’t qualify as “beautiful”.

He’s heading for another short outing today with a ton of pitches in the first.

Come on Freddy. Let’s get some length today.

Freddy struggling with his control…..AGAIN.  He just cannot put away a hitter when ahead in the count.

Early lead!

Not for long.

Frustration is born of expectations.  Expecting Freddy to be more than he is is going to be frustrating.  This is pretty much who he has always been.

I simply do not enjoy watching Freddy pitch

Many of our other starters have lower expectations & seemingly out pitch Peralta

he can be some frustrating with his wildness & inconsistency

I’d like Vinny to try shutting up for a few seconds. He’s exhausting to listen to
