Myers pretty much cruising in front of an overworked pen and Murph yanks him at 64 pitches.

Make it make sense.

It doesn't

Just don't understand this at all!  Bullpen has been vastly over used all year and you have a start cruising along! Don't get it!

That should about do it! Our offense making a pedestrian starting pitcher look like cy young and we pull a starter who was pitching well only to have a reliever get lit up. Will be very happy to not see Washington again!

The Brewers are on the verge of going 0 for 4 for the season in series against the Nats and Marlins, with 3 of those series coming in the last 3 weeks.

Just have to keep hoping that nobody else in the division starts playing better than .500 ball.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Another wasted 3 hours of bad baseball

This team is unwatchable

We need some fresh bats from Nashville

Surely Black or Hicklen or ??? would be an improvement over what we currently have at the bottom of the roster

We certainly don’t need 3 catchers

Just when I bite on MLBTV's end of season sale, the team starts to rot.  You can't hide bad pitching forever, especially when the bats have gone into snooze mode.  I'm not giving up, but this stretch of lifeless mediocrity SHTINCKS.

They should thank their lucky stars they play in a weak division. It seems like they've been playing .500 ball for three months.

The NL Central is the best division top to bottom in MLB (Won / Loss record & run differential)

I keep flipping back and forth about what will eventually sink the crew.

Is it a really weak starting rotation or is an offense that without Yelich struggles to score?

Yes.

Murphy being overwhelmed all year was papered in the first half. Now that the wheels have fallen off he's going to be exposed I believe.

I am actually going to disagree with bashing Murphy.  Given the absence of pitching, with Burnes gone and Woodruff missing, I'm surprised we have stayed in first place as long as we have.  I credit Murphy. IT'S THE PITCHING,

They sure don't pass the eye test.

Everyone keeps saying this, but it's just not true.

And yet we'd be the only team from the division to be in the playoffs.
