I hear ya'!

That's why fans/owners/etc. need to shut the whole thing down until the league becomes fair!  It's a joke right now, and has been for far too long.

Boycott the MLB!

The Big Leagues are the Rig Leagues.

Make MLB fair again.

When has MLB been fair?  The big market teams love the way it is now so nothing will change.  It's a wonder the handful of small market teams are still around.

Anybody who thinks these bats are our problem is crazy. And I'm not saying you or anybody really thinks that. I see Hoskins ordered some. I suspect it will do him not one bit of good.

I definitely do not think the bats are the issue. My comment was meant to be sarcastic..

Some people are trying to make excuses for what is a very serious problem. A six day rotation of Peralta, Cortes, and 4 bullpen days is doomed to failure and certain to put a strain on several pitchers in the bullpen.

And when the “good news” is that Woodruff, Quintana, and Meyers “might” be ready by May, concerns for this season run a lot deeper than getting swept the first weekend. The team might be digging a hole in April that will be hard to climb out of.

This team sucks.    We don’t even have 5 starting pitchers for the season

0-4 and counting.

To me the pitching issues is more troubling than the bats.  Hitting is streaky but if your pitching sucks you are screwed.

I know I'm overreacting, but their body language and terrible at bats, terrible contact, ugly ass pitching, etc, this looks like a 60 win team.

Yes guys are injured. It doesn't mean this team is going to be good once they come back.

They're not even close to making consistent hard contact.

The owners-players contract ends after the 2026 season. So there will almost certainly be some kind of lockout, while they each angle for and against a salary cap. It could be a long one.

I agree - I’m not sure how many games we can win without quality pitching … & we don’t have much of that presently

Not sure he could put hanging sliders on a tee in a better spot to hit.

A we can't even could it if.

Are you drinking?

That last sentence needs some work.

I think Rodriguez is a little bit of a bright spot today. He got unlucky on an accidental swinging bunt, and he left two meatballs over the plate that cost him big. But he has some good stuff, and he mostly hit his spots. We’re going to need him to get through April.
