I’m looking at this national league and it’s only may 5 and I’m having a hard time seeing what the brewers are playing for this year.   The Cubs and every wild card contender just looks way better than we are

Capra needs a blooper.  He’s got the lowest batting average and OPS that I can ever remember.  You’ve got to feel sorry for him as a person.

Comes into the season at the fringes of the roster, gives his everything in spring to avoid being DFA'd and actually makes the opening day team, hits a homer in Yankee stadium on opening day and after that its just a nosedive. 0 for his last 35, 3 hits in the entire season and a negative OPS+. I'm sure he is doing everything he can to get out of it but he is outclassed. He's got every single fan asking for him to be released and he knows this is probably his last chance in MLB and he just can't get a hit.

 

My friends dad pitched for the crappy Twins teams in the early 80s and set the major league record for most losses without a win in MLB history which he still owns today. Not fun living with one of those dubious records.
