I never said we should trade him.  I would just like more innings out of him next year.

I think it’s worth remembering that very few pitchers (especially ones that throw 102+ mph) go meaningfully beyond 5 innings.

Toronto is getting back in their series. I don’t know why that makes it hurt worse, but it does.

I think we would likely win a series against either Seattle or Toronto.

Honestly, we rode him harder this year than I ever thought we would. 141+ innings between AAA and MLB including postseason. Huge step up.

He's just doing his job, making this thing exciting for viewers.

There's not much good to say about the Brewers at the moment.

Careful. I almost started a war suggesting the crowd at AmFam was bored after 18 innings of this.

It's baseball so I don't know that anything is likely, but we definitely had a chance. Here, we don't. And that hurts. We were so close once again. Just can't clear that hurdle.

We can easily go on a 4 game winning streak, (that's nothing).

We just need to win 1.

Do we come back home if we win, (or does LA get 3 straight at home)?

I think the question was whether the crowd was loud. I talked to someone who was there. Was the crowd loud, I asked. Answer: Yes.

Preach!!!

Obviously this is better. But they have been incredibly successful for the last 10 years. People naturally start to yearn for more. People want to see their team win one. Can't fault them for that.

I think we'd all like another World Series in our lifetimes.

It wasn't actually. The point was that that loud crowd was stymied by lousy play, which it was. Two guys who were there took offense and were posting during the game, which should tell you what you need to know about the atmosphere.

Stadiums are going crazy and people are texting/taking pictures, etc. I'm just going by what a person said who was there. An eye witness, if you will.

I agree I can only think of maybe 6 in MLB history.

I think we'd all like to WIN 0NE, (not just go).

It's us, and 4 expansion teams that have won zero WS.

Yes, but for now, I guess, we'll have to be content with humiliating the cubs and sending them sobbing down I 94.

We are (or were) an expansion team. Seriously and honestly the cards are stacked against us.

By being the BEST team in the league, and barely squeaking by a wild card team.

Yeah, they were humiliated. 😘

Don't jinx us, but being the BEST team in baseball, then getting SWEPT?

Now that would be humiliating - (index finger tapping nose).

Can we stop crying, and get pumped up for Gm 4 please, (it's not over yet).

Latest on Jackson from MLB: "Right hamstring ailment"

I keep thinking his hammy is fatigued and weakened from the strain earlier this summer, and Chourio is just spent.  When he has these flareups it seems like its cramping mlre than anything.  Dude was trying to stretch it out after the swing today - you dont do that if it's on the verge of tearing.  Didn't have enough time to fully recover and strengthen it, and as a 21 yr old that makes alot of sense.

I dont see how he plays tomorrow, but then again he didnt miss a game innthe Cub series (albeit with an offday in between)

No, he should get some therapy. I don't think the risk/reward calculation favors him playing.
