This offense has just been anemic all season. That is not acceptable for what they are paying the QB and allegedly having a genius offensive mind as the HC.

"allegedly" is a fair description.

drops and missed field goals are not helping

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

It’s late October and it’s starting to feel like this is becoming who they are: shambolic, error prone, underperforming. I have always hesitated to lay things on the HC when it is a big job and often largely invisible from the public. But a team with those characteristics is, to me, indicative of a coach’s performance.

If they play like this the rest of the year, I think we’re interviewing new head coaches in the offseason. I’ve resisted that conclusion until now, but LaFleur needs to bring out the best in this roster very quickly.

they never got the running game going. that opens up all the play action but the drops have killed drives.

You guys are being a little hard on McManus. He's been very good for us the past 1.5 years. It's one bad miss and probably shouldn't even be active tonight.

When does Gute get some blame?

bot adding any CBs other than Hobbs when everyone knew it was a need.

Receivers still dropping balls but only one  addition

One functional running back with no quality back up because RB never get hurt

But hey “youngest team in the league” once again

Also, Hobbs sucks. He spent money on CB by lighting it on fire.

They also don’t use the WR that they spent a 1st on.

Yes, we are fairly healthy but continue to look like at talented yet middling team. We throw deep on first down it doesn’t work the drive is dead. I am just starting to expect every special teams down to go bad.

Kickers don't get to miss many 40ish yard FGs anymore. Standards are high.

I'm not excusing it, but that miss doesn't all of the sudden make him a bum.

Two missed FGs, a muff, 3 long FGs allowed, a 15 yard punt return allowed, penalties, and a landing zone kick return touchback to the 20. In a half.

Bisaccia is the biggest thief in the NFL.

Correct, when every professional kicker can make 85-90%, the leash is nonexistent if you don’t. Unless you have very long tenure with a team, you get a bad week, maybe 2. Then you’re out on the street again.

McManus feeling the pressure from Havrisik. What a disaster of a first half.

If he was not absolutely 100% no doubt ready then it's a complete failure on the coaching staff when they already have a guy on the roster that's proven he can do it.
