Nixon atoning for... a few sins there!

What a battle for the Packers. 3 HUGE games vs REALLY good OLs in 3 games.

Bears might have the best oline in the division

Who was open?

Yeah I didnt see the underneath route open - was shocked the rolled him left instead of right to make a mlre realistic run/pass option

.Williams can definitely spin it, but that type of touch throw is no picnic going wide open to your left

You are giving him way too much credit. He's one of the least accurate starting QBs in the league and once again he was about 50% with a losing interception.

They do...Packers missed Wyatt today though.  Hopefully they have the interior run d shored up for the rematch - bears did have some big pass plays when Williams was scrambling and extending plays but going to that well too much leads to him throwing Nixon the ball when it mattered most

No, he's incredibly inconsistent...Uber talented though.  He can get hot amd make some throws...expecting him to do it consistently to move the chains is a mistake, though.

Their running game steers that ship.

Thank God those frauds didn't rob another game throwing for 80 yards.

I would have hated to blame the game on the officiating because there would obviously have been numerous reasons for the loss.

But they were really bad today and it was about 90% Bears/10% Packers.

Not really objective, are you? You must have missed the 2nd half.

Enigbare was huge today

Yeah... that's gonna be a tough loss in the off-season(though he's playing himself into a nice comp pick).

Good thing for us that Sorrell looks like he COULD step in and fill that hole left by Enagbare.

He's really rounded out his whole game.

He sucks, and the best part of this baloney year they're having is that it'll buy him another 2 years as a starter.

I give them credit. They are absolutely maxing out their talent on offense. well coached team.

They're good. That Monangai runs the ball HARD and wears you down too. Also, Johnson has a whole lot of different looks and Caleb is so athletic.

They did hold the hell out of Gary and Parsons on the edge. It was kinda over the top. Parsons gets held because of that rip as it is, but today was another level... NOT that-that is why they ran the ball well.

He has the talent to be as good as any QB in the league. That play where Williams had him, he rolled out and dropped the ball over Mcduffie about 30 yards down the field?

Yeah, I get it's a LB and the one of our 3 who is bad vs the pass, but that was a special play. Mahomes, Allen and... hell, I don't know if there's a 3rd QB who can make that(maybe Rodgers... definitely at one point).

It's the plays that AREN'T as difficult that you just don't know with him.

Are you saying Moore there? That's a pretty late release and the ball really should have already been out by then(may have been a TD if it had been).

The Packers D held up for the first 36 minutes of the game, but... you wear down.

That hit where their RB and Cooper ran into each other and you could see the Bugs Bunny type birds circling their head, that wears on you.

***Not signing Mike Pennel when he said he wanted to retire a Packer and he went back to the Chiefs... that move hurts right now. One of the better run stuffers was available this year and for the vet minimum and we didn't pursue him(despite him openly expressing a desire to play here and it being after Clark left).

Always great to beat the Bears.

Officials blowing calls repeatedly (what's new?) and refusing to call a single holding call is something.

McManus kick off brain farts and execution blunders are a real problem. Touchbacks happen way too frequently. That kick out of bounds after responding with the TD to go up 10 (I think?) was just all sorts of face palm.

Anywho, always great to beat the Cubs.

I was waiting all game for a Bears interception.  Fitting it came with the last play of the game.

It was nice to get Reed involved in the passing game

Funny thing is that I thought "now would be a great time for an INT", but then immediately doubted it... Nah, they will roll out Williams or run it up the gut... Why would they pass the ball???

absolutely sucks that in a wide open year the Packers lose Kraft and Wyatt for the playoffs.  I'm sure the Lions were saying something similar last season.

Not really logical are you? I spoke in facts.

He is one of the least accurate QBs in the league. He, yet again, threw a boat load of passes at a very low efficiency and wasn't accurate. His saving grace is that he doesn't throw picks, except this time he did.

Their OL moves the needle. Williams is nothing special.

Yes, laugh react, because the stats, which are the definition of objective, say the same thing I'm saying. His numbers get you benched on a losing team. You don't remain a starter throwing 56% with 170 yards a game. He isn't good. The Bears are putting together a good year, he's not the reason why.
