I thought the Packers would suck this year and I picked 7-10. This is worse than my nightmares. 

Love's 2027 number really isn't terrible for another team, 2028 is huge, but I assume if anyone did trade for him they'd rework the whole thing. I doubt anything like that happens, just thinking out loud. 

They'd have to fire LaFleur first and I'm not even convinced they'll do that at 4-13.

Yeah I think this is sadly accurate. I'm skeptical they're done even if this season unfolds as it seems it's going to.

Are you new to QB contracts? Love's deal isn't really anything special. They name a new highest paid QB every 3 months.

As if extending an aging corner outfielder was remotely comparable to signing a young starting-caliber NFL quarterback. The economics of this are light years apart.
