I hope you were kidding. For the record, Miller is outproducing Jenkins and plays a far more important defensive position. Oh, and he comes in about $15 million cheaper over the next couple of years.

 

Miller is 36. With all the down time this year, what will he be doing in the 4th year? I still think the Brewers will something for Jenks. He is a better option than Womack and Bernie Williams.

Given the optoin of Helms or Hardy...I'd let the kid play against Wood because then you are better defensively.

 

Plus it is good experience for Hardy to get 3 or 4 AB's against Kerry Wood.

 

Hardy's been coming around lately and I think he'll be good for a hit or 2 today.
