It's never really fun until the Brewers get up by three runs anyway!

 

I was just telling a couple people at work today that I don't want to see anymore 3 run leads for the Brewers http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Villanueva, Gallardo, and Parra have done their darnedest to save Ned's job, but they are paradoxically three reasons I hope he's fired. In each case I think Ned's ridden the youngster hard, and like so many Brewer fans I fret over young pitchers.

That's the Carlos Villanueva we know. He will look really good every 5 days next year (and down the stretch, for that matter).

of course, now we have the dreaded 3-run lead going into the 7th inning.

 

Man, why does it always come to this? Why can't we have a 1-run game in the 7th more often? Or better yet, an 11-run lead?

We shouldn't have added that last run. 3-run leads scare me.

 

What happened to Villanueva's pitch count?

why not get stocker in the game? fairly low pressure right now. Maybe saving him for Pinch-running?
