Brian, it's funny you posted that because one of the songs running through my head has been a cover of that by Placebo. Yes, that Placebo. Heard it on BBC Radio One on Sirius earlier this week (channel 11, but IIRC you went with XM).

I hate when I have to leave for class right after that new iPod commercial is on. I don't know who the singer is or what the song is, nor do I like the song, but it will be in my head the entire class.

The Placebo cover is pretty good. I like the fact that it's not some carbon-copy clone of the original... The video's also pretty cool (check out youtube). They had fans submit clips of themselves singing the song to make the video, and I think it turned out really well.
