LOL.

Come on Claudio, pound that meat! Hey offense, you see who is on the mound, right? Time to get the bats going! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Does anyone actually believe that Ben Sheets puts enough work into conditioning and taking care of himself? I know I don't.

Sheets needs a better workout routine, he really seems unathletic. Ive heard before that if he is one of the least athletic people on the team, but he can pitch...he really needs to work out more.

Assuming he didn't seriously hurt something, can he pitch tomorrow?

Interesting--you have to wonder if that could happen. Maybe Thursday, if not tomorrow. I bet Cubs fans are licking their chops right now.

Ben is a great pitcher, but he just seems to be too poor of an athlete to be a consistent pitcher in the big leagues.

Dude, Ben, mix in some pilates, maybe a toe touch or two, something. You aren't very durable. Maybe put in some work beyond your natural ability and you could pitch a full season. I'm starting to go down the road that Sheets shouldn't be resigned after his current contract runs out, unless he can actually go minutes without stubbing a toe.

Man, I had forgotten how slow Vargas works. Dude's painful to watch.

I was thinking the same thing, lol.

Can I suggest that the trainers trick him into chewing his toes nails instead of his fingernails. He'd be really limber, and it might do him some good to place some attention on something other than whittling down his fingers
