Apparently the Bucks are going to be putting in a solid FA offer for Joakim Noah. The former DPOY has had injury issues, is on the other side of the age slope, and looks to be regressing. But maybe some of it is also from playing on the Bulls, who I've read can be rough on injured/battered players. A short-term deal would be awesome, and a one-year + option seems to be what everyone wants with this cap boost coming up. All in all I'm satisfied with Maker. Everyone available at 10 had some big negatives, and Thon certainly has his. But his ceiling is probably highest, and at that coveted stretch 4 position. Maker also fits that Bucks mold of being gangly and taller than his position typically calls for. If Maker pans out, the Bucks would have to bring the oddest matchup issues of any team in the League.
