I saw Cancel in a Mets game on ESPN last week, and did a double take. Had NO idea he was still around.

If you're doing a drawing for the Melvin ball, I'd love to be included in that. I'd also be more than willing to come by and pick up all of those cards, just let me know.

These get better and better- I'll keep adding them to my signature shrine to Braun's greatness.

I'd like to see more of Rottino before making an assessment here. I'm sure that's the same mindset the Brewers have right now. Kendall's a durable catcher, averaging over 140 starts per season. Having a versatile #2 like Rottino behind a durable catcher like Kendall would make a lot of sense.

I could easily see Luismar Pena emerge and take this on in a cheap way, ala Manny Corpas.

Great read. I love that we have Simba on board, he's one of the best baseball minds that's ever worn a Brewers uniform.

Instead of Bogut we could have taken Chris Paul, but Mo Williams presence prevented that. Whoops.

One great example of why Rob Thomas is underrated: let it go, let it roll right off your shoulder don't you know the hardest part is over let it in, let your clarity define you in the end we will only just remember how it feels our lives are made in these small hours these little wonders, these twists & turns of fate time falls away, but these small hours, these small hours still remain let it slide, let your troubles fall behind you let it shine until you feel it all around you and i don't mind if it's me you need to turn to we?ll get by, it's the heart that really matters in the end our lives are made in these small hours these little wonders, these twists & turns of fate time falls away, but these small hours, these small hours still remain all of my regret will wash away some how but i can not forget the way i feel right now in these small hours these little wonders these twists & turns of fate these twists & turns of fate time falls away but these small hours these small hours, still remain, still remain these little wonders these twists & turns of fate time falls away but these small hours these little wonders still remain

Go to Harrah's, check out Toby Keith's I Love This Bar. All the fancy stuff in Vegas, that's the best time I had there. Of course you have to like country music, at least a little. Great flair bartending. Live bands at night. 1st time I went there was in the afternoon, just me and my wife and maybe 4 other people at the bar- the drinks were flowing. They were pouring booze down our throats- literally. Great times.

Or should I say THOUGHT I had mine. Two fo my three orders that were confirmed and money taken for have now come back as declined. "They oversold". Whoops.

Good thing I got mine quick.

This has been an interesting discussion thus far. One person hit on the point I was looking for someone to say- I hope the Reds make this deal because it's a horrific deal for them if there's any truth to this rumor.

I'd be on this like white on rice, especially if the White Sox are so desperate to dump him they'd take Vargas.
