    The media does not ask those kinds of questions. The media is more concerned with pocket pancakes than actual baseball questioning. They will lob a few softball questions that mean nothing, and call it a night. They did the same thing with Counsell. I can't stand it when his kids are at the press conference. It's just inappropriate.

    Going through the motions. Maybe they think they can just hit the switch in the playoffs, and all will be great again?

    At this point, all we can really do is hope that the reset after the regular season energizes this team, both offensively and the pitching staff. Obviously, if we play the way we have the past month, we aren't going to last long in the play-offs.

    Bauers and no Collins again. Do we plan to go into the playoffs with Bauers as our starting LF. At this point, Collins needs to start getting regular at bats again, but I'm not sure Murphy agrees. Oh, and while we are at it, let's bench Durbin too. UGGGGGHHHHHHhhh1

    Do you guys actually agree with every move Murphy makes? He's obviously doing something right, but he can also improve at game management. The way you guys defend him, you'd think he was perfect. Plus, it's our job as fans to criticize him when he does do the head scratching things, it's part of what fandom is all about...

    I don't hate any teams as much as the hate I feel for the Cardinals and Cubs. To be honest, I hate the Cardinals far more than the Cubs, but that stems from the 1982 world series. I was a senior in high school at the time, and it is still with me today. It always will be until the Brewers can finally win one. I hate all teams that aren't the Milwaukee Brewers, but some more than others. My loyalty lies with one team and one team only. All other teams are the enemy. I'll never understand how anyone can claim to be a fan of more than one team, for any reason... That ideology makes zero sense to me, and you simply can't convince me that you can like more than one team. It's one team per sport, and one team only.

    Bauers in LF. This is just how it's going to be isn't it? Murphy feels obligated for some reason to play this guy every day, completely ignoring Hoskins, who we might just need at some point, to get a big hit. There is no way he will be able to help us out with practically zero at bats in forever. I am BOOOOOOOing Murphy right now...

    Like I said yesterday, he can't get anything going from the bench, and there has been no mention of injury.

    Fraidy cat! Beer muscles? lol Beer muscles implies I had been drinking beer before making that statement, then acting like an arrogant fool. Actually, no beer was consumed, and my opinion is just like, my opinion man... ABIDE!

    Also, Hoskins getting very few at bats isn't going to help us in the playoffs, assuming he is on the playoff roster.

    Sure would like to see Vaughn playing a lot more down the stretch. Bauers is Bauers, I think he had his hot streak, and will now be the Bauers we all expect. Murphy just can't stop himself. Bauers is going to get a lot of meaningful at bats in the playoffs, isn't he? Geez. Collins continues to get disrespected. Double Geez.

    I want the Cubs right off the bat. I want to send them home crying their eyes out, and I want the fans screaming for Counsell's head on a platter. I want to be the team to end their season. I realize there is risk involved, it would be tough to take if they did what I want to do to them, but to me personally, I'm willing to risk it all to end their season! Winning the division is great, puts them in their place until the playoffs, but I want to own them well into October, and I want to be the team that humiliates them. No freaking mercy!

    HIM - I got a free ticket to this one, or I would never have considered going to see it. I kind of liked this movie, well, maybe a little, until the ending. This movie sucked. It's messed up, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. See it at your own risk.

    Not sure why anyone who is a Brewers fan wouldn't want to set the all time wins record! YES damn it, I want to set the record! This team is special, let's attach the wins record to it, then see what happens in the playoffs.

    Manny "the punk" Machado is the one player in all of MLB that I'd like to see get drilled with a fastball to the thigh, ass, or someplace else that won't jeopardize his career, every time we play them. Just can't stand the guy.

    Well, we pretty much know that Murphy will run out some pretty poor line-ups in the coming week. Just have to weather the storm, and hopefully, good things are on the horizon. I really don't like the idea of resting guys more than normal though. Hitters have to hit, and pitchers have to pitch...

    Great news, but it would have been a lot better with a win over the freaking Cardinals... Still, It's nice it's finally over.
