  1. Hey, the Brewers are finally pouring it on!!!
  2. You are likely getting interference from something nearby: In the presence of electrical interference, you may experience frozen images or intermittent audio while viewing over-the-air television programs. This interference may be caused by equipment in your home, such as hair dryers, sewing machines, electric drills, doorbell transformers, light switches, smartphone chargers, power supplies, computing devices, washing machines, clothes dryers, fluorescent lights, LED lights, or garage door openers. Electrical interference may also be caused by power lines. Interference caused by your power company's electrical equipment is normally continuous, and your power company should be notified. A simple method of determining the location of electrical interference is by using a portable battery-powered AM radio tuned to a quiet frequency at the lower end of the dial. You should hear static or a buzzing sound as you get close to the source of the interference. The closer you get, the more intense the static will be. If you're in an apartment/condo, it could be from a neighbor. If your antenna is near a wall, my guess is that there are electrical wires behind the wall or outside the wall.
  3. It was between 2015-2017, and they appeared to be mid-20's, which would put them at about 30 now. They also didn't appear to be the types to listen to "alternative rock".
  4. Alexander pitched well for 18 days - June 1 to June 18, four starts, Over his next six outings he had a 8.74 ERA. Three of those first four starts when he pitched well were against the Cubs, Reds, and Nationals.
  5. Through his first 10 starts of the season, Houser had a 3.51 ERA and 3.62 FIP with a .291 BABIP (so it wasn't due to good luck). I think his arm was bothering him well before he went on the IL and he tried to pitch through it. If you want to say that Burnes has underperformed this year, I would agree with that.
  6. The fact that Jace Peterson and his .721 OPS is a 2.3 bWAR/2.0 fWAR player in just over 300 plate appearances should tell you that the list of REAL bats at 3B is a very short list. I think many Brewers fans have unrealistic expectations of what offense at 3B and 1B should be simply because our main division rival has perhaps the best 3B and 1B in the game right now.
  7. The injuries to Woodruff, Peralta, Lauer, Ashby, and Houser had more to do with the Brewers situation than the Cubs and Pirates.
  8. When did Gameday change their desktop interface? They didn't do a good job of testing it - you can't see the full box score, it cuts out everything starting with batting average and you can't scroll over.
  9. Several years ago I saw the Femmes at Summerfest. For some reason they weren't at the main stage, just one of the side stages. As you can imagine, it was packed. Some millennial hipster band was playing at the stage next to them. They had something weird going on stage, had some people in costume as monsters or something like that, almost like a story within the music or something. After the Femmes were done playing I'm walking past the back of the stands for that stage and I hear some hipster millennial talking about the Femmes concert who had no clue who they were. They said something like, "All of the sudden I hear this huge roar from the crowd (for the stage next to them) and I was trying to figure out what was going on..." Silly millennial... it's the FEMMES!!
  10. Not everyone who puts a property on the market has to sell. Sometimes it's a "make me move" number.
  11. Titling/plating should be at the Federal level. A national database would help with a lot of things.
  12. Since the trade, Rogers has pitched in 20 games for the Brewers and has given up earned runs in 6 of those (30%). Since the trade, Hader has pitched in 13 games for the Padres and has given up earned runs in 4 of those (31%). Hader's ERA since the trade is 10.97; Rogers is 6.63.
  13. Since coming off of the IL, in 23 IP Houser has not given up a HR. Would be nice if we could say that about our bullpen.
  14. Doesn't he make everyone look like little leaguers?
  15. Rogers was their fifth pitcher of the game in the 7th inning. With these bullpen games, you can't be pulling pitchers every time someone gets in trouble of you'll run out of pitchers real quick. If this wasn't a bullpen game and a starter had gone at least five innings, then I'd agree with you.
  16. All real estate is local. If someone lives in an area where supply is low and they have a median or less priced home they will probably not have to drop price at all and may still get over listing. If someone lives in an area where supply is high or they are priced on the upper end of the spectrum, they will likely have to drop price.
  17. Frelick's on-base streak ends. Ruiz's streak continues, and in small samples galore, Ruiz finishes with the highest OPS of the group of four OFs at .940; Frelick at .893, Wiemer at .904, Mitchell .901.
  18. Peralta, Lauer, and Ashby hurt; Small ineffective A healthy Lauer or Peralta today and the Brewers likely sweep.
  19. IIRC, they said Ashby will only be used in short stints. But they have to get through the next week with someone.
  20. Every once in a while Bennett just dominates like tonight, but can't quite string a few together without reverting back to mediocrity.
  21. Judge and Stanton are 1-6 with 4 K's against Woody. I could see letting Woo get them a 4th time.
