  1. What's with the lime? Trying to go with Corona's schtick? I don't think that product would fly real well in the Midwest. It just sounds like a beach thing.
  2. So far, I haven't seen a picture of a "bad beer" yet. I'd drink every single one of those you guys posted pictures of. While we're at it, get me some Schlitz, I'd be all over that. As long as it isn't made by Anhueser-Busch, I'll give it a go.
  3. Still, that was a good deed you did, and should get you some good karma. And it would be very cool of you to extend that karma to our beloved ballclub.
  4. By the way my lab did not make a sound. Go figure, right? Love the fishing line idea. Glad to hear you're OK though.
  5. Man that avatar was years ago. I can't believe you remember that. Don't get a lot of that music around here, it was easy to remember.
  6. Sweet! They were a guilty pleasure when I was in high school. Bring back the avatar! Yeah, I remember that.
  7. I definitely understand how it happens in student housing and apartments. Lots of different residents and lots of visitors to the point you can lose track of who's who.
  8. I know Madison has lots of problems with this in the summer months, but I always wondered how the crook went about doing this. Do they just go door-to-door? You'd think someone (or their pet dogs) would hear them sooner than later.
  9. Wow, what a way to ruin an afternoon. It was going so well.... I'm going to the liquor store.
  10. Alright, got it. 5 stars. For some reason, your profile did not load up the first time I tried.
  11. Maybe I'm missing it, but where am I supposed to vote for you? I clicked the link and I'm not sure I'm getting "your" page.
  12. They're at 118,593 with one day to go. I don't think the record is going to fall again this year.
  13. I don't suppose you'll be buying your first legal beer soon, will you?
  14. That's not a record setting pace....again. Maybe they should get some real celebrity servers to hand out the brats and they could get their record. Sorry, but an alderperson or newspaper writer isn't about to make me jump from my chair and head out to Bratfest. For the most part, I wouldn't know who these people were anyway without some sort of nametag or promotion.
  15. 36,360 brats consumed yesterday.
  16. I'd take some fools out at cribbage. I hear ya. I've never played sheepshead, nor did I know it was so popular. I'll have to read up and check it out.
  17. Wow, I had no idea it had become such an "event". When did bands and a midway become part of this, when they moved to the Alliant Center?
  18. Nothing to be forewarned about except for the big crowd. According to that website, they're over 7,500 brats today.
  19. I'll be buying mine soon. But in the meantime, I ordered it from Netflix and watched just the other day. What great memories to see again.
  20. song that our hero Our hero? Speak for yourself, pal.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  21. Any Woodman's by 94 on the East side? I assume you mean the East side of Madison? Yeah, Woodman's East is located at the intersection of Milwaukee St. and Hwy 51. One block from 51 is Hwy 30 which runs into 94 about a mile away. Here's a map: www.google.com/maps?q=381...p&ct=title Just pan out a few clicks and you'll see all of the main highways. Not sure where you're at Al, but I'm sure the stores in GB and ******on carry the product as well.
  22. Al, went to Woodman's in Madison tonight.... 12 packs of Faygo Diet Grape are $2.19, 2 Liters are $.85.
  23. Faygo does not have a diet grape listed, Al, go to Faygo.com and click on "Products". Then, click on/roll over "Carbonated Diet Sugar-Free". Diet Grape is 4th on the list. I even went to "shop online" and was able to put a 12-pack of Diet Grape in my cart. I will check at the store tomorrow.
  24. I'm busting out a good luck charm for today: http://www.wolf-ridge.org/store/clothing/rabbitfootnecklacemini.jpg
  25. Any idea what stores/chains? I'll be shopping on Monday and check it out for you.
