  1. None of those stats are Durbin's either so not sure who the player is.
  2. Crow was fortunate to be added in a year where the Brewers may not add another minor league to the 40 man. However, I agree that he will have to produce in 2026 in order to hold onto that spot as there is not much filler on the pitching side of the 40 man.
  3. The final month of the season really killed Collins chances for ROY. Think Baldwin wins fairly easily. Durbin saved the Brewers from having abysmal offensive production from the left side of the infield of Dunn/Capra/Seigler/Ortiz. Would be happy for Durbin to get that full year of service but don't believe it will happen
  4. Like many NBA contracts there is a player option after year two so cheap for this year and next
  5. I mean he is at 2.165 so it was a guaranteed Super 2 and all 2026 payrolls included him at an arbitration estimate.
  6. Think they still protect Crow, too much talent to just let walk away. Hopefully can work out a minor league deal with Yeager and don't add him to the 40 man. Probably have to bring Bauers back because Black continues to disappoint and Martinez didn't capitalize on his breakout 2024. Can't imagine a DFA of McGee, Peralta is a likely DFA as the off season progresses. Would lean toward keeping Zastryzny as well after his solid two years with the Brewers, no options but still a league minimum guy. Can always release him during Spring Training if it looks like he won't make the team.
  7. Whatever Perkins make will be minimal, along with Mitchell. They both have value to the Brewers and can be optioned next year so no urgency to dump them. Doubt either has too much trade value. 2027 may be different with Perkins on the wrong side of 30 so he could really use a productive, injury free 2026.
  8. The Brewers will pay the $10 million either way, it is a non factor.
  9. Thought for a second they acquired Freddy's brother since he is a lefty but plays for the Rockies.
  10. Brewers should remove Thomas from the 40 man to get rid of the rule 5 restrictions. Could always resign him to a minor league deal and re add him to the 40 man later.
  11. Woodruff is another year older and never going to work a full season again. Time to move on, Brewers can't count on him.
  12. There are some good vibes with this one. They crushed Yamamoto last time in Milwaukee and that game Andrew Vaughn made his debut with Milwauke and hit a HR in his first at bat.
  13. Selig was at the game honoring Uecker and interviewed by Costas.
  14. I agree that there is a decent chance they go to 13 pitchers, would like Hall for the series and Henderson if healthy. Bench are hardly playing so think they can afford to remove a Lockridge or Collins.
  15. I would probably go Koenig as game 1 starter with Ohtani and Freeman then Priester. Priester had one of his best games of 2025 in LA outpitching Glasnow.
  16. Such a good feeling, will always have this game to look back on with a smile on my face no matter what happens next. Miz shut up a lot of people with the way he pitched this series, he earned those two wins.
  17. If you had a choice would have to be pretty nuts to want to see the Badgers play.
  18. MLB probably looks the other way with injuries during the regular season but would be strict during the playoffs, they are not going to let a team just switch out players.
  19. A little less anxious for this game being up 2-0 but still not much room for error. Can recall taking care of Arizona at home pretty easily in the NLDS and then Arizona scored a bunch of runs at home forcing a stressful game 5 that made Nyjer Morgan a hero.
  20. What do you beg to differ? Do you not know the Brewers don't have their own tv during the playoffs? You were complaining about him calling Phillies/Dodgers on TBS. He goes where the send him.
  21. It's not really his choice. If he didn't like the Brewers would have left long ago.
  22. Like usual if you wait it out can get in for way less than the inflated prices. Just go to the stadium and get in around first pitch.
  23. I could see that but there was a late season acquisition in 2023 that is an avid fisherman, Josh Donaldon. After that can see why the Brewers could be reluctant to bring outsiders in that mess with their current mindset.
  24. Two game threes tomorrow, hoping for a couple more.
  25. I believe it was 7PM, but the 2008 Game 3 against the Phillies was a night game. Being the first playoff game since 1982 also contributed heavily but still the best crowd during the Miller Park/AmFam era IMHO.
