  1. The Rockets traded Westbrook to the Wizards for Wall and a 1st round pick. https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/russell-westbrook-trade-rockets-deal-all-star-guard-to-wizards-for-john-wall-first-round-pick-per-report/ That is just a bad trade. [sarcasm]Maybe the Bucks could trade Middleton for Harden.[/sarcasm]
  2. Define passable are we talking Prince passable or are we talking Thames passable? If he can be as good as Prince at 1B that is passable for me.
  3. Understood about Rizzo, but my point remains that Schwarber has played only one game at 1B his entire Major League career, and as best as I can tell, he had almost no time there in the minors as well. Is there anything that indicates that he can play the position at all? He has a pulse and is breathing.
  4. Easiest way is to get a smart thermostat and that is about it. After that it is just connecting the smart thermostat to your wifi and then using the app on your phone to change the temperature.
  5. I don't watch much sports anymore I tend to listen to the radio broadcast more than watch now. I can continue doing what I was doing and also listen along to the game while working or doing whatever.
  6. The Cubs have Rizzo who has been one of the better defensive 1B in the league or at least was at one point not sure if he still is. If I am the Brewers I would sign Schwarber as soon as he is non-tendered to play 1B/DH. The Brewers don't really have anyone that is better than him to play 1B on the roster other than Yelich.
  7. There has been some interest in Bryant by the Nationals, Red Sox, and the Dodgers. The Nationals have reached out to the Cubs in trade talks for Bryant but nothing came of that. The Cubs are probably asking for a decent prospect in return and the teams interested are not willing to give up said prospect(s). I believe the Nationals, Red Sox and the Dodgers are all waiting to see if he gets non-tendered and will go from there but I don't see them working out a trade as the salary will be higher than what they could sign him for if the Cubs non-tender him. I think he would get $12-15m for the season from either the Nationals or the Red Sox. I am not sure why Bryant is in the sound the alarm category or even in a shocked category if he gets non-tendered. To me it is not all that shocking and I am almost expecting the Cubs to part ways with Bryant at this point.
  8. That stuff doesn't make all that much of a profit. Gathering data is mostly free and isn't all that costly and is very profitable.
  9. Just speculating here but I think the Packers are one of the worst teams in the NFL when it comes to stopping the opposing teams RB both in the run and the passing game. If I were an NFL coach my game plan to beat the Packers offensively would be to focus on getting the RB as many plays as possible either by running or throwing short passes to the RB. Once the defense adjusts hit them with play action and watch the big plays happen. I think Tampa and Arizona would be nightmare match ups for the Packers defense and could knock them out of the playoffs 49ers style.
  10. If Gray, Sanchez, Camargo and Barnes get non-tendered I would go after all of them. Gray as the #4 or #5 starter, Sanchez at 1B and 3rd Catcher, Camargo at 3B and then Barnes in the bullpen to replace Knebel or sign Knebel after non-tendering him. I suspect most of the non-tenders will resign with their original teams for lower amounts. If the Cubs non-tender Bryant he will sign with the Nationals. Schwarber may also be another option at 1B not sure what it would cost to get him.
  11. It was one play The Bears also rushed for more yards than they have since they played against the Falcons in week 3. The Bears offensively for the run rank dead last. The Bears offensive line is also the worst in the league. Not just one play but looking at that one play you can see the Packers are bad at defending the run game. The Packers are ranked 25th on Y/C defensively that is bad. Also I am not a Packers fan at all so not over reacting to just the one bad run play. It is the Packers whole run defense and they give up way to many long run plays. See the Vikings game as more proof of the poor run defense.
  12. The Montgomery run only had an expected gain of 5-yards. So yeah the Packers run D is horrible. Take into account the Bears have one of the worst offensive lines it makes that run even worse.
  13. I don't have one and don't know anyone who does but you should be able to hookup to any kind of wifi and download from there. I am not sure if you always have to be connected to wifi I wouldn't think you would have to. I did find this on reddit: It looks like there is an offline mode that can be used. The Quest 2 doesn't need a PC to run it. The processor it has is a beefier version of what you find in tablets and phones.
  14. Please see this video:
  15. I still don't see any of the NFC teams beating the Chiefs or Steelers. Packers run defense is laughable at best. Rams, Seahawks, 49ers, and Cardinals are all inconsistent offensively or defensively. The Bucs are an enigma they should be better offensively but are not for some strange reason. The Saints biggest question is will Brees be healthy enough? NFC East is just lol.
  16. LOL Packers run D making the Bears Oline look like the 90's Cowboys Oline.
  17. If I am trading with the Yankees I would want Dominguez in the deal and would leave Voit alone. Something like Hader and Pina to the Yankees Dominguez, Andujar and Sanchez to the Brewers. Narvaez and Nottingham become the catching platoon for the Brewers with Sanchez moving to 1B or DH probably DH and Andujar at 3B. This is betting heavily on Andujar and Sanchez becoming the players they were and not what they were last year. If they become what they were this is a monster deal that puts the Brewers as contenders in the NL if they are not at least there is a nice prospect in Dominguez to look forward to. I think this would be the best offer the Brewers could even dream about getting for Hader. I don't think it is at all likely the Yankees would even do this trade. Maybe a Pina/Narvaez for Sanchez/Andujar that trade could happen. I just don't believe there is all that much interest for Hader. I believe the Brewers will have to wait until the deadline to get top value and that would be someone like Dominguez. The Brewers won't receive a MLB ready player in a Hader trade and it will be mostly a prospect laden deal. The only way the Brewers get MLB ready players back is if they do above and get some players who are down in value compared to what they have provided in the past. Basically if you want MLB ready talent get ready for a Overbay or Sexson type of a return.
  18. I don't believe Hader will be traded. The Yankees are more interested in Lindor and the Dodgers seem to be eyeing Arenado. That removes the two large market teams. The White Sox are rumored to nor be interested in trading Vaughn that eliminates them as a possibility. The next teams on the list are the Padres, Blue Jays and the Braves. I am not convinced the Padres will be serious in trading for Hader at least not until the deadline. That leaves the Braves and the Jays as possible suitors. I think we can eliminate the Jays for the same reason as the Padres. That leaves the Braves and that is not good unless somehow the Braves bid against themselves. It just doesn't look likely Hader gets traded and if he does it will be a severely under valued trade.
  19. You can also wash your hands too much removing oils and wax your body creates naturally. This can lead to skin rashes and can also hurt your immune system.
  20. The A's will need bullpen help but I am not sure if the A's would do a Olson for Hader swap. That is really the only option that I can think of right now that the A's would possibly accept. Maybe a Hiura for Olson might be something the A's would do also but I am not sure that would even happen.
  21. Well at least the Bucks are not as bad as the Hornets are at free agency and manipulating the cap. With the release of Batum the Hornets are basically paying Hayward more than what he was making with the Celtics at least cap wise he is. The Pacers were rumored to have had a contract of 4-years $100m for Hayward which would have been an overpay for them the Knicks were also interested but at a much lower per year figure and only at a 1-year deal. I am not sure what the Hornets were thinking in signing Hayward for the contract that they did they were basically bidding against the Pacers and overbid. The Celtics were not interested in bringing Hayward back at all and were not going to match any contract so they were not a factor either. It is just extremely confusing on why the Hornets did what they did. As good as Jordan was as a player he is an absolute joke when it comes to the front office which is weird as Jordan is extremely smart, I guess he has the genius complex where he over thinks every thing and misses the smallest and biggest details of what he is trying to do.
  22. I was speculating that maybe the best option for the Brewers going forward would be to go with a streaming service like Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc... They could even work with the Marlins and split the contract between the two teams if they wanted to or even add more teams the only issue would be with the league and its rules with streaming services but with streaming services being more popular with the younger generation it really makes sense for MLB to allow for its teams to move away from the TV contracts and instead sign with a streaming service.
  23. Do the Brewers even have a TV deal for this upcoming season? Their last contract was supposed to be last season. Haven't really seen anything on a new contract either
  24. These refs need to be fired and new ones inserted after half time just absolute garbage.
  25. Are the refs ever going to call a holding call on the offensive line of Northwestern or are choke holds legal now?
