    I was just trying to get rid of my extra 2 tickets tonight at face value or lower, but there were so many scalpers I didn't have a chance. I talked to one guy and he actually worked for Ticketmaster and used his connections to snag some extra tickets tonight to scalp them (I think that's the story anyway). This is one thing about the team getting more popular that I'm not a fan of. Fans should get tickets, not scalpers. Or, there should be a section for people that aren't trying to fleece you for a terrace ticket. But yes, during the playoffs and cubs series, all bets are off.

    He talked with Trenni for awhile during the Arizona series and seemed fairly positive about his recovery.

    You can buy them for others, and you can order them over the phone. They'll charge you a $5 ticketing fee for your entire group. I did this for a game in May that included my classmates and their significant others, and they didn't ask any questions.

    yes. McClung pitches in the rotation spot away, Bush at home. I think this is being dicussed in 2 or 3 threads now.

    Ned is going with the home/road Bush/McClung split until at least the end of the month. Just said it on Brewers Live, and it's posted on the jsonline blog.

    CVS replaced all the Osco drug stores in Milwaukee about a year ago, so they're making it into Wisconsin...

    Other than the obvious option of going back to the stand at Miller Park, you could probably call the fan zone to see if they have the item in store. Maybe they would ship it.

    Looks like the US's first round games are March 8-12, right when I'll be in Phoenix. That doesn't worry me too much - it's just one US team, so there likely wouldn't be more than a couple Brewers on it. Plus, I go to every game at Miller Park, so I see the big name players all the time - Phoenix is a good time for me to see prospects, but of course I don't mind having fairly easy access to the major leaguers. Of course, it's Phoenix, so I probably wouldn't mind who I was watching as long as I was watching a baseball game in 70+ weather in March while there's likely a blizzard in Milwaukee. DHonks, too bad for my dad he had to wait till his daughter was in her 20's till she could pull off a baseball vacation http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif He got to ump me and my little brother in little league though, so I guess that's not so bad.

    Like another poster said, unless you're in a highly specialized field, the school you get your degree from likely won't matter, as long as it's a legit school. Go the place you think "fits" you, not to the place with the most popular name.

    I kinda wondered why the little first aid golf cart didn't make an appearance. Do they not use that on the field?

    I would think you'd also have to look at this from the perspective of the manager and coaching staff. They need to manage/coach as if the game matter if they want to develop their skills to a level that will get them a managing/coaching job in the major leagues, right?
