It's just an IGT thing to make the Packers sound like the worst team in the NFL any game they're losing. Even if it's by like 7 points.
That said, I think the Packers have habitually been flat, with a lot of these kinds of mistakes in these huge games quite a bit this year that there is valid criticism to be made.
To me, it just looks like a good team that is, young, and still on the upswing, but not ready for the brightest lights quite yet. On offense they lack a receiver that really scares anyone and defensively they rush inconsistently and lack a playmaker in the middle.
