    The Packers are making the playoffs guys. We can stop putting that qualifier on things. The 8th seed right now has 6 losses. There are four 6-loss teams. One will win the South, and the Packers beat 2 of the other 3. The most probable scenario in which the Packers miss the playoffs would be them finishing 0-5 and even then they could make it. At 1-4, they would still be a near lock.

    No one isn't admitting that. Lol. Like literally no one thinks that. You keep saying it like somebody is though.

    I don't think anyone does. It sure seems to be trending toward two epic conference finals with KC/BUF and PHL/DET. I think the Packers are a really good team. They are the top of the second tier. Their defense is definitely trending the right way finally but to be honest it's Love that's kept them from the next level this year. The pass rush isn't elite either but Love just hasn't been what he was last season.

    That drive was bad defensively the defense has realistically surrendered 14 points and got off the field. This is on the offense. If the first 15 plays were a scripted plan MLF should be embarrassed. The Lions have not stopped the Packers running the football in either game, but the Packers have managed to take their ground game out of the game themselves.

    Who does it better than us? The only thing worse would be Love trying too hard to score from his own 10 yard line again.

    Clock management is an incredible thing. It seems like basic knowledge for most people who watch lots of football, yet only like a handful of NFL coaches seem to do it very well. It's like if you ever played Madden you probably get it. Campbell is one of them. But every week I watch at least one game where a team seems like it is either using timeouts idiotically or badly misplaying the end of the half.

    Now here is the possession where historically the defense gives up a touchdown because we scored. But only after the clock is basically drained to 0.

    Can't believe the Packers went 70 yards against the most incredible, amazing state-of-the-art franchise in sports that is vastly superior to them from the janitorial staff to the CPAs in the offices.

    This is so far playing out exactly like the last game where the defense actually kept them in it with first half stops and quietly played a solid game until Love threw a TD the wrong way. That's 3 straight stops. Offense can't be handing over donut after 3 stops.

    You can kind of make a case for fair catching everything beyond your own 10 and just telling everyone not to block.

    Dude. Seriously. Find a new schtick. They've punted on 2/3 possessions. And yes, they are pretty much universally considered the best team in football. We know how you feel.

    Jacobs had a monstrous first quarter in the first game and he has 2 carries against their banged up defense. I hope it's not 14-0 when they decide to involve him.

    Was not a fan of going for that. Just play the field position game while the score is close at least.
